By placing an order with Karuneya Crafts you agree to the following.

Three-way split. Every Karuneya order is split live at checkout — 62% to the maker, 22% to the cluster collective, 16% to the platform — and disbursed via Razorpay. The percentages are visible on every product page; deviations (commission pieces, cluster-pooled batches) are noted on the relevant PDP.

Returns. Non-bespoke pieces: 14 days from delivery. Return shipping on you. We refund minus the original outbound shipping. Bespoke or commissioned pieces: final sale (these are made to order). Damaged-on-arrival pieces: replaced free or fully refunded — send a photo within 72 hours.

Auto-translation. Product descriptions are composed in the maker's language and rendered live in ten others. The chip on every page reads “auto-translated · view original”. Where a translation is materially wrong, the original takes precedence; the chip is your warning.

Shipping. India: free over ₹5,000, ₹250 otherwise, tracked next-day to metros. International: DHL Express DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) to 60+ countries — customs duties and local taxes are not included; the courier collects them on delivery. We provide HS-coded commercial invoices.

Maker WhatsApp. Every PDP has an “Ask the maker” button that opens WhatsApp with a SKU-prefilled message. The maker (or their cluster facilitator on their behalf) responds within two working days. Messages may be reviewed by the cluster facilitator.

Catalog scope. Karuneya does not stock leather, fur, ivory, or wildlife-derived materials. We are plant-, fibre-, metal-, wood-, and clay-based by design.
