Shipping.
Every parcel ships from the cluster, routed through our Bandra studio for the photography handoff and the maker's certificate, then out via tracked courier. Each parcel carries a HS-coded commercial invoice; international duties are collected by the courier on delivery.

DDU explained. Delivered Duty Unpaid means import duties and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost — the courier collects them at your door. We do this because customs rates vary per country, per product, and shift quietly; quoting DDP would mean charging a fixed buffer that's usually wrong in one direction or the other. Customs typically runs 5–22% of the order value.
Packaging. Every parcel ships in our recycled-kraft outer box (deep-red ink wordmark · reusable), inner cotton wrap, a hand-pressed certificate, and a sprig of dried marigold or jasmine. The fragrance does not survive customs inspection; we apologise to the customs officers.
Tracking. You get a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves the studio. International parcels are tracked end-to-end via DHL.
