Returns.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-bespoke pieces, in their original packaging. Return shipping is on you; we refund the piece price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
Damaged on arrival.
Email hello@karuneya.in with a photograph within 72 hours. We replace the piece free of charge from the cluster, or refund in full — your call. The maker is not penalised when shipping damage happens; we cover that.
Bespoke and commissioned pieces.
Final sale. These are made to your order; the cluster has cut, dyed, or cast against your specifications. We can't restock them. We'll happily talk through any concerns before the piece is begun — just write to us first.
Out-of-season pauses.
Some categories pause seasonally — indigo doesn't set in 90% humidity, kilns don't fire in the monsoon, certain pigments aren't harvested year-round. Affected SKUs read “currently out of season” on the product page. We don't accept orders we can't fulfill; you won't be charged for an out-of-season piece.
How a return is processed.
- Email us with your order ID and the piece you'd like to return.
- We send you a return-shipping label (you cover the cost) and a return address — usually the cluster, sometimes our Bandra studio.
- The piece is inspected on receipt. If it's in original condition, the refund is processed within 5 working days.
- The maker is held harmless; the platform's 16% absorbs the return-friction cost.
